The First Mate's Quarters in the Gingerbread House has 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms have double beds.  There is a living room, kitchen and bath.  Amenities include: AC, heat, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes/pots/pans, kitchen utensils and TV.  There is a picnic table for each apartment.  Weber grill on the property for guests to use.
