The Annex has 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has queen size bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedroom 3 has double size bed and a platform bed.  There is a bath, and combination kitchen/ living room area.  Amenities include: AC, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes/pots/pans, kitchen utensils and TV.  There is a picnic table for each apartment.  Weber grill on the property for guests to use.
